FUEL YOUR INNER ATHLETE
I don't garden, but I know many of you do and as much as I enjoy when you bring your extra produce to the gym to share, sometimes it would be nice to turn it into something you can use later. I came across this recipe for preserving those extra tomatoes. If you make some, be sure to bring me a small jar!

I've always liked the idea of those spiralizers for making noodle swaps. And even I don't use it exactly as a noodle substitute for a saucy recipe, it can be a fun way to prepare your vegetables. Most of us have probably tried the always easy zucchini noodles, but they can be a bit mushy. Here is a very simple recipe from Civilized Caveman that you can use as a noodle swap or just a fresh twist on this popular potato.
Sweet Potato Pasta I love sweet potatoes as a carb source but sometimes they seem like too much work to prepare. This recipe makes it seem like it would be easy to do any night of the week. Here is a great paleo friendly taco version using turkey. This recipe would also be great if you are following an auto immune diet protocol.
Turkey Tacos! We have a lot of BBQ season left and it can be a challenge to find something different to throw on the grill. Spice up a steady staple with the recipe from Paleo Leap for some Thai inspired flavors for grilled chicken.
CHILI LIME CHICKEN WITH THAI SALAD This recipe come from one of my clients and is a delicious way to upscale that can of tuna in your cupboard.
Chickpea Tuna Salad I love this time of year when there is fresh asparagus to be found if you go out looking, but even if you don't, there is usually a good bargain to be had on this seasonal vegetable at the stores. Even if you usually think of it as something to serve on the side covered with butter, there are many ways to enjoy it. Here is a tasty and refreshing take on asparagus as the star in this salad.
Summer Asparagus Salad I love beets so I was excited to see this recipe. I am not sure about the type of cheese used in the recipe, but I would think any type of soft cheese would be delicious.
Spring Time Beet and Burrata Salad Warm weather is here and I don't know about you, but I get a little lazy when it comes to cooking. I came across this "salad" recipe and not only does it look super easy, but it looks super delicious as well!
Salmon Salad Stack I don't know about you, but during the weeknights I don't have a lot of time for making a meal. I like to look for easy to put together meals that don't require much work beyond tossing in the oven. This one pan chicken meal from the folks at Paleo Leap fits that perfectly.
