What We Do!!

Early Morning Motivation is a pre seminar warm up, workout and cool down session designed to safely get your participants ready for their day.

We Come To You, if you have room for us we can travel to your seminar location, which is extremely convenient for your participants.  However, if space is tight, we have a facility in downtown Billings with 6,000 sqft of space available for use of our clientele.

The Time Frame Varies from 30 - 90 minutes based on your scheduling needs and times as early as 5am and as late as 8am are available depending on when your seminar starts!

The Warm Up begins with a brief yoga session lead by a certified trainer to get you throughly prepared for the work out to come.  Don't be intimidated by the idea of doing yoga, this sessions is designed to be approachable by all ages and abilities.

The Work Out is based on brief high intensity intervals catered to the specific ability level of each individual participant.  All equipment is provided, along with a motivational sound track.

Sections of the workout require partner participation to encourage team work, while others contain individual challenges to inspire leadership, giving your seminar participates the opportunity to shine as they prepare for their day.

The Cool Down stretching  and balance session is also lead by a yoga instructor to help your participants find their focus and and properly cool down after the workout.

Consider the following before deciding if your seminar would benefit  by starting with

Early Morning Motivation:

Boosted metabolism

The benefits of exercise linger throughout the day. People continue to burn calories after the workout is done. Your seminar members can use this benefit during the day when they are eating.

By keeping their metabolism elevated, they will be burning more calories all day long.

Improved productivity

Exercising increases your productivity and gets your endorphins going. Your clients will be more awake and ready to tackle the seminar day by giving themselves that extra energy boost.

Working out can increase your mental clarity for four to 10 hours post-exercise.

Better sleep

Studies have shown that women and men who wake up early for regular exercise sleep better than those who routinely exercise in the evening. Since exercise stimulates your body, when you exercise at night, it becomes more difficult to fully relax and drift into peaceful sleep.  We all know the difficulties of sleeping in an unfamiliar environment.  Make falling falling asleep easier for your participants who have had to travel from out of town and are staying a motel room.

Better diet.

By knocking out your exercise first thing, you will approach your food differently throughout the day. You will be proud of yourself for getting up and burning some calories, so why sabotage it with an unhealthy lunch? Instead, you will want to continue your positive choices by eating foods that make you feel fresh and energized.
