The competition went well. The contestants had last week to complete 5 workouts: Helen, Cecilia (Death by burpees), Elizabeth, Diane, and the first round of Gwen (without the squat) There was 24 participants, with 14 completing all 5 workouts The solo women's Rx competitor was Tricia! No Scaled men completed all 5 workouts Suzanne and Joan tied for first in the women's scaled division with Rachel and Caitie rounding out the podium. I don't like ties, but since there were no men in the scaled division we had an extra amazon gift card available. Now for the Men's Rx . . . Originally Steve and Brandon tied for first at the end of the night. With Chris G. coming in second. In order to declare a winner we had a beer chug. To his credit Steve cleaned it up afterwards. The competition was stated as ending at close of Business on Friday or 7pm. Realizing that he still had time to get in one more score for the win. Steve finished the 15 reps of Grace at 150# bettering his score to capture the win and cancel out the beer chug tie breaker. Fall time = soup time! Try this keto chili recipe for a change.
