Begin at 50% of your max weighted pull up every minute increase by 5# / 2.5# and perform one rep continue until you can’t get the weighted rep done in the given minute If you don’t have a weighted pull up, use your standard band and perform death by pull up Recovery: 5 Rounds 5 Burpees 10 Jumping Lunges 15 Air Squats
