Hey everyone,

Here are somethings to mark on your calendar.

This Friday, BBQ.  We will provide beer, lemonade, Burgers, dogs and chips.  If you want to bring a side dish, that would be great!

Saturday the gym will be closed for a Sanctioned Power lifting meet, but will be open for normal hours on Sunday.

Oct 24th - Alternative Athletics Holiday party at the Hull house.  Test out your Halloween Costume a week a head of time.

December 11th - Annie's Christmas Party.  Directions will be forth coming.

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:

Wall Balls 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jumps 20" box (Reps)
Push Press 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

There is no additional rest between exercises.
Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Dae Han Park, 36, of Watertown, Connecticut, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), based out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, died on March 12, 2011 in Wardak province, Afghanistan, from wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his wife, Mi Kyong, daughters Niya and Sadie, parents Joseph and Bonnie, and siblings Katie and Saejin.
