
Hello, my name is Rachel. I was born and raised in Montana and enjoy hiking, biking, golfing, skiing, paddle boarding, and pretty much anything else I can do outside. Growing up, I did not participate in sports or like working out at all. I never aspired to be fit. That all changed when a friend convinced me to come try a workout at AA in 2013. I have been hooked ever since. The workouts have become an equal test for me both physically and mentally. I went from avoiding exercise at all costs to having the best part of my day be in the gym. For me, the people make all the difference. Knowing that I have a community of friends to push me through a tough workout, hold me accountable, joke with me, challenge me to add more weight, and even have a post workout beer with is what makes it special. I have watched friends CrossFit journeys increase their confidence, body image, desire to try new things and so much more. Since earning my CrossFit Level 1 certification, I am looking forward to helping many others find new strengths through fitness.
