Many of us are trying to improve the way we eat. We eat "clean". We go low carb. Go Paleo. Go Keto. Or maybe we count macros and eat IFFYM. No matter what what style of eating you follow, to get the optimal benefits from it, proper digestion is going to be the foundation. It might not be as sexy to say, but we really are what we absorb. If we aren't able to absorb it, we can't utilize it, and instead it is literally money down the drain.
