Sleep, more than just dream time.

Most of us know that sleep is when we our body recovers and repairs from the day.  And we all probably have had strange dreams that leave us wondering what was going on in our brain during the night.  It turns out that more is happening than just creating some fantastic stories.  The brain has its own housekeeping duties to do.  This short article gives a glimpse of what goes on in our brains while we are sleeping and the damage that can happen when we don't get enough quality sleep.
