Many people decide that with the new year its time to try a new diet, and there are plenty of them out there. One of the major concerns that people will often have is how can they stay on their diet of choice. But there is a flip side to this coin.....
What if you go too far down the rabbit hole? Is it possible to take a diet too far, to the point that it is overly restrictive. I have been there. I have followed a diet to the point that is caused some hormonal issues and even though I looked great, I didn't feel great. Not to mention that I was trying to control everything and doing non sensical things like weighing cucumber slices in an effort to hit those macros precisely (yea, I really did this). But how do you know if have taken it too far?
