Fair winds and following seas Caitie

​Hey Ya'll,

Caitie Montoya's battle with cancer ended Tuesday morning at 37.  As much hurt as we are all feeling I know there are those hurting worse.  Caitie left behind a loving husband, a beautiful 2 year old daughter and numerous family and friends.

There are so many angry thoughts I want to write about the unfairness and nonsensical flow of a life cut short.  However, that was never Caitie's way.  I never heard a word of complaint from her.  She was always thinking and advocating for others, even while her own struggles would have been overwhelming for any of the rest of us.  It is hard to find a more beloved person in this world. I have never heard an ill word spoken about her.

Words fail me in this moment.  To say she will be missed is the most extreme of understatements.
