Hey there, I’m Ali.
First off, thanks for taking the time to read this. I am overjoyed that you are either already a member or considering becoming one. Helping people find a sustainable way to move their body is a passion of mine, and I am grateful to train in a place that helps folks do just that. I am a mother of two amazing children and recently graduated nursing school . On the rare occasion that I find myself with free time, I can be found either outside or here in the gym. In my younger days, movement was an integral part of my life. I was a gymnast, a swimmer, and rode horses competitively, but as I grew older these focuses slipped away. It took many years and a few of life’s curveballs for me to realize that these outlets for movement were a tremendous loss in my life, so I decided to pursue fitness. Becoming a trainer has been such a rewarding experience, and helping people discover how capable and wonderful their bodies are is such a blessing.
Becoming a part of Alternative Athletics has been one of the more valuable experiences of my life. I was welcomed into a community that offered endless support and encouragement, and I am here to do the same for you. I am here to help you find the most sustainable and enjoyable way to incorporate fitness into your life and remind you that it doesn’t have to look a certain way.
