Here is a great recipe from Katie.

Caprese Bites
Fresh mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Good olive oil
Good balsamic vinegar

Cut cheese into bite sized slices, top with about half a tomato, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, top with chopped basil.
