Yogurt, or buttermilk, can make a great base for marinading meat, especially poultry. The enzymes in the milk help to produce a tender and moist finished product. The sugars in the milk also help with browning so that it looks as delicious as it tastes. If you know me, you probably know how much I love eggs, no matter how they are cooked. But I confess, I do like the versatility of scrambled eggs, they are the perfect base for many flavors.
