FUEL YOUR INNER ATHLETE
Yogurt, or buttermilk, can make a great base for marinading meat, especially poultry. The enzymes in the milk help to produce a tender and moist finished product. The sugars in the milk also help with browning so that it looks as delicious as it tastes. If you have never tried using buttermilk or yogurt to make a marinade, here is a great little recipe to get you started.

If you know me, you probably know how much I love eggs, no matter how they are cooked. But I confess, I do like the versatility of scrambled eggs, they are the perfect base for many flavors. I just found this recipe and I can't wait to give it a try. I think I will top it with just a sprinkle of cheese and maybe a dollop of sour cream.
