SOURDOUGH BACON, ROSEMARY, AND CRACKED PEPPERCORN CRACKERS I am not sure were kale stands as far as trends go, if it is still being touted as a miracle superfood or not, regardless, it is chock full of nutrients and when prepared properly, can be quite delicious. One of my favorite ways to eat it is as a salad. The key is to massage the leaves thoroughly so that they become soft.
