Death by Deadlift Compare 4/4/19 7/20 "Dae Han" Three rounds for time of: Run 800 meters with a 45 pound barbell 3 Rope Climb 12 Thruster 135 / 95 Men's: 23:09 Tate Women's: 30:38 Anonymous 7/21 1 Rep Max 3 min max 100ft Prowler Push Compare to 1/7/20 7/22 "Tabata Fight Gone Bad" Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises: Wall Balls 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75 pounds (Reps) Box Jumps 20" box (Reps) Push Press 75 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories) There is no additional rest between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals.
