Focus on keeping the heel close to the glute and not overextending the back (keep abs tight).  This should be feel from the hip flexor to the quad.

In memory of Broadwater County Deputy Sheriff Mason Moore who was killed in the line of duty on May 16, 2017. Deputy Moore was attempting to stop a vehicle near Three Forks, MT when he was shot and killed. Deputy Moore had 3 years of service with the Broadwater County Sheriffs Office and over 15 years in law enforcement.  He is survived by his wife Jodi and three children.
Alternative Athletics will be collecting donations for the "Deputy Mason Moore Memorial fund" at the Opportunity Bank in Townsend, MT.  Other donation funds can be found here.

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Adrian Elizalde, 30, of North Bend, Oregon, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), based in Fort Lewis, Washington, died on August 23, 2007, in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds sustained from an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his parents, Jorge and Teresa Elizalde, sister Rachel, and daughter Sydney Grace.
