Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises: Wall Balls 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75 pounds (Reps) Box Jumps 20" box (Reps) Push Press 75 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories) There is no additional rest between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. Quick reminder, this weekend is Big Sky State Games. As we do most years, we are hosting both the Olympic Weightlifting on Saturday and Power Lifting on Sunday. As such we will be closed for regular gym hours both days. Normally I would say to come down and cheer the competitors on, however do to COVID concerns they want us to limit spectators. This is the only way we could get approval for athletes to lift without masks on the platform. Thanks for your help and patience which is letting us keep this tradition alive. -C- It seems that everyone is all about kombucha these days, which is great.
